Sue glad you liked the book have you put your email in and verified it( check your email and click on the link) you can do this either on https://www.johnsoninhouse.com or https://www.johnsoninhouse.com/front-page/ once you have done that at the very bottom there is a green button click on that and it will take you to the download page. August 18, 2014Hello Jerry I just checked it and it arrived in America on the 15th so hopefully you should get it any day now let me know if you haven’t received it by Friday. It takes the items a while to to arrive as I use a free delivery service.
